I can't believe how accurate the symptoms for when you stop eating sugar;
I was making jokes on myself that "I am addicted to sugar.. lol" but now I see, this is a BIG problem. I know sometimes I don't want to eat chocolate but I can't stop myself, It's like there's another person within me and it wouldn't let go of me until I eat it.Here are some of the symptoms of sugar hangover
- Fuzzy thinking or foggy mind
- Fatigue or sleepiness after meals
- Gas, bloating or extended stomach after meals
- Headache
- Joint pain
- Constipation
- Diarrhea
- Skin problems
- Allergy symptoms
- Mood swings
For the last 2 years I've been trying to eat healthy. I dropped adding sugar to my tea or coffee but still I can't stop myself from eating chocolate and similar things. Actually with cutting my suggar intake that much (and also doing sports) I've lost weight and now I look healthy. Lately I've started to eat chocolate more than I regularly eat and I have this hangover if i don't eat it.
So what should I do to stop consuming this dangerous thing? Firstly I will try doing what it says under that article:
*I will write an update, later.
Eat sour foods. Sour foods, like apple cider vinegar, will naturally curb your cravings for sugar. Eat fermented foods and probiotic beverages.They are full of beneficial bacteria, which drive out disease-causing bugs that increase our desire for sugar.
